摘要
目的 探讨全面优质护理干预对老年髋部骨折患者术后肢体功能恢复的效果.方法 选取我院2010年7月至2013年6月收治的老年髋部骨折患者68例,随机分为实验组（全面优质护理）与对照组（常规护理）各34例.干预3个月后,比较两组病人Harris评分、Barthel指数评分情况.结果 实验组患者术后Harris评分、Barthel指数优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 全面优质护理干预对老年髋部骨折患者术后肢体功能恢复效果较好,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive quality care intervention for the rehabilitation of the limb function of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods 68 elderly patients with hip fracture treated at our hospital from July,2010 to June,2013 were randomly divided into an experimental group （given comprehensive quality nursing intervention） and a control group （given routine nursing）.3 months after the intervention,the Harris score and Barthel index score of the two groups were compared.Results The Harris score and Barthel index of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group after the intervention,with statistical differences （P＜0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive quality nursing intervention has a good effect for elderly patients with hip fracture and is worth being clinically generalized.
