摘要
车辆荷载作为公路桥梁的基本可变荷载之一,在公路桥梁设计中占有很重要的地位。车辆荷载是变异性很大的随机变量,其大小与地区,时间有很大关系。山西省是煤炭大省,因车辆超载导致桥梁损伤的事情常有发生,本文依托山西省某一道路数据,建立实际重载交通作用下的车辆荷载模型,利用fortune语言编制程序并结合abaqus二次开发功能实现车辆在桥上的移动计算,并以晋南八政桥为计算对象,与公路Ⅰ级车辆荷载模型下产生的荷载效应相比较,利用经验分布函数方法计算得出范围内的荷载放大系数用于该重载交通桥梁设计和评估。研究表明:对于重载现象严重的地区来说,进行交通调查确定车辆荷载模型与规范对比来确定车辆荷载取值是有必要的,可以防止桥梁设计不足。本文对山西省八政桥计算得出,对于类似该桥这种车辆荷载状况的桥梁来说来说,采用公路Ⅰ级车辆荷载值的1.2~1.4倍进行桥梁设计更加安全。同时也应注意重载交通条件下桥梁正常使用的各项限值要求。
As one of the basic variable loads of highway bridges,vehicle load plays an important role in the design of highway bridges.Vehicle load is a random variable with great variability,and its size has a great relationship with region and time.Shanxi Province is a big coal province,and bridge damage caused by vehicle overload often occurs.This paper relies on a road data in Shanxi Province to establish a vehicle load model under the actual heavy load traffic,uses fortune language to compile a program and combines ABAQUS secondary development function to realize the calculation of vehicle movement on the bridge,and takes Jinnan Bazheng bridge as the calculation object,and compares the load effect under the highway class I vehicle load model,The load amplification factor in the range calculated by empirical distribution function method is used for the design and evaluation of the heavy haul traffic bridge.The research shows that it is necessary to conduct traffic investigation to determine the vehicle load model and compare it with the code to determine the value of vehicle load in areas with serious heavy load,which can prevent the insufficient design of bridges.According to the calculation of Bazheng bridge in Shanxi Province,it is safer to use 1.2~1.4 times of highway class I vehicle load value for bridge design with vehicle load similar to this bridge.At the same time,attention should also be paid to the limit requirements for the normal use of bridges under heavy traffic conditions.
