摘要
采用正交试验的方法开展小型装配式木塑建筑墙体稳态热工性能研究,探究墙体单元连接形式、保温材料铺设形式和内外覆面板厚度对墙体传热系数和热阻的影响。结果表明:当外层木塑共挤板厚度为10 mm,内层定向刨花板厚度为11 mm,中间层整铺XPS保温板,并通过木方墙骨柱形式连接墙体单元时,整面墙体的传热系数为0.67 W/(m^(2)·K),热阻为1.49(m^(2)·K/W),可减少通过墙体的热对流,提升建筑的保温隔热性能,节约建筑能耗,适用于需要快速自主搭建,且对热环境舒适度有一定要求的临时建筑。
In this study,the steady-state thermal performance of the wall in small prefabricated wood plastic building was studied by orthogonal design,and the effects of the connection form of wall units,the laying form of insulation materials,and the thickness of inner and outer sheathings on the heat transfer coefficient and thermal resistance of the wall were explored.The results showed that the heat transfer coefficient of the whole wall was 0.67 W/(m^(2)·K)and the thermal resistance was 1.49(m^(2)·K/W)when the thickness of the outer layer WPC was 10 mm,the thickness of the inner layer OSB was 11 mm,with XPS insulation board inside the unit wall,and the unit wall was connected by wooden square wall stud,which can reduce the heat transfer of the whole wall and save building energy consumption.This research design was suitable for temporary buildings which needed rapid and independent construction and had basic requirements for thermal comfort.
