摘要
随着国家对于建筑节能以及住宅产业化的重视,装配式建筑因其施工方式绿色环保、预制构件生产工厂化、设计标准化、工程管理信息化及装修一体化等特点,得到了国家的重点支持与推广。主要对国内外装配式建筑技术体系发展概况、所采用的节能技术、节能设计中存在的问题进行归纳总结,并对装配式建筑节能发展给出相关建议,以期对国内装配式建筑的节能发展有所帮助。
Following the emphasis on building energy conservation and residential industrialization,assembly-type buildings have received national support for their green construction,prefabricated component production,design standardization,engineering management informationization and decoration integration.The development of assembly technology system at domestic and abroad is mainly summarized on the energy conservation technology used,the problems in energy-saving design,and relevant suggestions are proposed for improving energy-saving assembly buildings domestically.
