摘要
目的:探索辅助器具全程管理模式对社区肢体残疾人日常生活活动能力的影响,为开展社区残疾人康复干预、辅助器具适配工作提供依据。方法:以2021年7月起嘉定镇街道和菊园新区有辅助器具需求(有辅助器具申请登记)并且至2023年2月配置辅助器具至少一年的肢体残疾人为调查对象,其中嘉定镇街道残疾人为干预组共140人(男性69人,女性71人),菊园新区残疾人为对照组共142人(男性70,女性72人)。对照组行常规辅助器具适配流程,干预组在常规辅助器具适配流程的基础上实施辅助器具全程管理模式。评定两组残疾人的日常生活活动能力。结果:干预后干预组改良Barthel指数得分高于对照组[96(77,100)分比89(73,100)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辅助器具全程管理模式能改善有辅助器具需求的肢体残疾人日常生活活动能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of the whole process management mode of assistive devices on the activities of daily living of physically disabled people in the community,and to provide a basis for carrying out community rehabilitation intervention and assistive device adaptation for disabled people.Methods:From July 2021,physical disabled people who had the need for assistive devices(with the application for registration of assistive devices)and to February 2023 had been equipped with assistive devices for at least one year in Jiading Town and Juyuan New Area were selected as the survey objects.There were 140 people with disabilities in Jiading Town as the intervention group(69 males and 71 females)and 142 people with disabilities in Juyuan New Area as the control group(70 males and 72 females).The control group underwent routine assistive device adaptation process,and the intervention group implemented the whole process management mode of assistive devices on the basis of routine assistive device adaptation process.Their activities of daily living ability in the two groups were assessed.Results:After intervention,the MBI score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group[96(77100)vs 89(73100)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-process management mode of assistive devices can improve the activities of daily living of physically disabled people with assistive devices.
