摘要
目的:分析麻醉苏醒护理干预对麻醉手术患者苏醒躁动及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年12月福建省泉州市第一医院收治的麻醉手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予传统护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予麻醉苏醒护理干预。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估麻醉术后患者疼痛感,采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)比较2组患者干预前后的睡眠质量的变化,并比较2组患者的苏醒躁动发生率及2组患者的心率、收缩压、舒张压的变化。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者苏醒躁动发生程度显著低于对照组,观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压显著低于对照组,观察组VAS评分、AIS评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对麻醉手术患者实施麻醉苏醒护理干预能够有效改善患者的苏醒躁动,提高患者的睡眠质量,有效减缓了术后躯体疼痛度,减少患者不良情绪的发生率,延长睡眠时长,提升睡眠质量,有利于患者术后身体康复。
Objective:To analyze the impact of anesthesia awakening nursing intervention on awakening restlessness and sleep quality in patients undergoing anesthesia surgery.Methods:A total of 100 anesthesia surgery patients admitted to the Quanzhou First Hospital in Fujian Province from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50)using a random number table method.The control group received traditional nursing intervention,while the observation group received anesthesia awakening nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the indicators of postoperative pain in anesthesia patients.The Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)was used to compare the changes in sleep quality before and after intervention between two groups of patients.The incidence of restlessness and recovery,as well as changes in heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure,were also compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After nursing intervention,the incidence of restlessness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The VAS and AIS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing anesthesia awakening nursing intervention for patients undergoing anesthesia surgery can effectively improve their awakening restlessness,improve their sleep quality,alleviate postoperative somatic pain,reduce the incidence of adverse emotions,prolong sleep duration,and improve sleep quality,which is beneficial for their postoperative physical recovery.
