摘要
目的:探析胸腔镜肺癌根治术后麻醉苏醒综合护理的应用价值。方法:选取2023年10月至2024年12月厦门大学附属东南医院收治的胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予个性化麻醉苏醒护理干预。采用视觉模拟评分表(VAS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者的睡眠质量,并比较2组患者的并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:个性化麻醉复苏护理能有效提升胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者的术后睡眠质量,缓解疼痛感,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the application value of comprehensive anesthesia recovery nursing in patients after thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection for lung cancer at Southeast Hospital affiliated with Xiamen University from October 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received personalized anesthesia awakening nursing intervention.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain perception of two groups,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of two groups,and the incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized anesthesia resuscitation nursing can effectively improve the postoperative sleep quality,alleviate pain perception,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
