摘要
目的 研究基于症状管理策略的健康教育在高通量血液透析患者中的效果。方法 选取浙江省丽水市中心医院2022年1月至2023年3月收治的高通量血液透析患者90例,根据随机数字表法将其分为常规组(45例,行常规健康教育干预)和症状管理组(45例,行基于症状管理策略的健康教育干预),两组均干预3个月。比较两组干预前后的体适能指标、自我管理能力,分析两组临床依从性。结果 干预后,症状管理组有氧耐力、上肢肌力、下肢肌力、动态平衡能力均优于本组干预前及对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我管理能力、自我管理意识、健康认知、自我概念评分均高于治疗前,且症状管理组高于常规组(P<0.05)。症状管理组临床依从性优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 基于症状管理策略的健康教育在高通量血液透析患者中应用效果较好。
Objective To study the effect of health education based on symptom management strategy in high throughput hemodialysis patients.Methods Ninety highthroughput hemodialysis patients admitted to Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into routine group(45 cases,receiving routine health education intervention) and symptom management group(45 cases,receiving health education intervention based on symptom management strategy) according to random number table method.Both groups were treated for three months.The physical fitness index and self-management ability of the two groups were compared before and after intervention,and the clinical compliance of the two groups was analyzed.Results After intervention,aerobic endurance,upper limb muscle strength,lower limb muscle strength,and dynamic balance ability in symptom management group were better than those before intervention and those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management ability,self-management consciousness,health cognition,and self-concept in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in symptom management group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).The clinical compliance of symptom management group was better than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on symptom management strategy is effective in high throughput hemodialysis patients.
