摘要
某项目屋盖由三相相交单层不规则曲面钢网壳构成,整体结构稳定,造型优美,安装前要在地面完成分块拼装。由于钢网架面积大、刚度小、双向矢高大,选择合理的拼装方法对整个结构的美观及使用性起到至关重要的作用,从划分拼装单元、拼装胎架安装、现场吊装、拼装检验几个阶段完成了对钢网格的拼装控制。
The roof of a project is composed of a single irregular curved steelmesh shellwith three phases intersecting.The overall structure is stable and the shape is beautiful.Before installation,it should be assembled in blocks on the ground.Due to the large area of steel mesh frame,small stiffness and high two-way beam,the selection of reasonable assemblymethod plays a crucial role in the beauty and usability of thewhole structure.The assembly control of steel mesh is completed in several stages,including division of assembly unit,assembly tire frame installation,on-site lifting and assembly inspection.
