摘要
目的运用CiteSpace软件对国内孤独症领域近5年的相关文献进行分析,展现目前该领域的研究概况,探索研究热点及发展趋势,为本病以后的研究方向提供参考。方法以CNKI为文献来源,检索2018~2023年孤独症的相关研究,运用CiteSpace软件以作者、机构、关键词为节点生成知识图谱并进行可视化分析。结果共纳入3630篇文献,年均发文量多且增长速度较快;核心作者有133人,其中发文量最多的作者是来自郑州大学第五附属医院儿童康复科的李恩耀;研究已形成以陕西师范大学为首的北方阵地及华东师范大学为首的南方阵地;研究形成了20个高频关键词,涉及干预措施、临床症状及致病机制。关键词共形成“核心症状、针刺”等11个聚类标签和“功能连接”“睡眠障碍”等24个突现关键词。结论近5年孤独症领域相关研究在国家政策和基金的大力支持下,研究内容不断深化细化,未来我国在该领域可重点开展机制研究,采用医-教-家相结合、中西医相结合的多学科合作干预,立足当前我国孤独症的临床康复环境,构建精准化、规范化的治疗体系。
Objective To analyze relevant literatures in the field of autism in China in recent 5 years,and to explore the current research overview,research hotspots and development trends in this field,providing reference for future researches of this disease.Methods Literatures on autism from 2018 to 2023 were retrieved from CNKI database.CiteSpace software was used to generate a knowledge graph with author,institution,and keyword as nodes for visual analysis.Results A total of 3630 articles were included,with a large annual publication volume and a fast growth rate.There were 133 core authors,among which the author with the biggest volume of publications was LI Enyao from the Children’s Rehabilitation Department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University.The researches had formed a northern front led by Shaanxi Normal University and a southern front led by East China Normal University.The study generated 20 high-frequency keywords,involving intervention measures,clinical symptoms,and pathogenic mechanisms.The keywords formed 11 cluster labels such as“core symptoms,acupuncture”and 24 prominent keywords such as“functional connectivity”and“sleep disorders”.Conclusion With the strong support of national policies and funds in the field of autism in the past five years,the research content has been continuously deepened and refined.In the future,scholars in China can focus on conducting mechanism research in this field,adopting multidisciplinary collaborative interventions through combining medicine-education-family and combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,and building a precise and standardized treatment system based on the current clinical rehabilitation environment of autism in China.
