摘要
由于《〈关于消耗臭氧层物质的蒙特利尔议定书〉基加利修正案》在我国生效,灭火剂七氟丙烷于2024年被禁止生产,并逐步淘汰。全氟己酮作为新一代灭火剂,可成为七氟丙烷的替代品。该文对全氟己酮灭火剂的性能与优点进行介绍,并对现有全氟己酮的性能研究进行简述,同时对电力行业常见的火灾风险点进行分析。最后,以某电厂热控与电气标准实验室为对象,进行全氟己酮灭火系统案例分析。
Due to the official implementation of the"Kigali Amendment to the'Montreal Protocol'"in China,the production of the fire extinguishing agent heptafluoropropane is banned and gradually phased out in 2024.Perfluorohexanone,as a new generation of fire extinguishing agent,can become a substitute for heptafluoropropane.This article introduces the performance and advantages of perfluorohexaneketone fire extinguishing agents,and briefly describes the performance research of existing perfluorohexaneketone.At the same time,this paper analyzes common fire risk points in the power industry.Finally,a case study of a perfluorohexane fire extinguishing system was conducted in a thermal control and electrical standard laboratory for a certain power plant.
