摘要
本研究建立了一种酸水解快速测定特殊医学配方食品中VB_(1)、VB_(2)、VB_(6)和烟酰胺的方法。样品前处理采用盐酸溶液在70℃温度下水解10 min,得到水解液经沉淀蛋白后,在高效液相色谱仪联合二极管阵列检测器268 nm的检测波长下,可以实现VB_(1)、VB_(2)、VB_(6)和烟酰胺的分离和检测。结果表明,4种组分在0.1~50.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,检出限范围为0.1~0.3 mg/kg,定量限范围为0.3~0.9 mg/kg,加标回收率范围为87.4%~93.9%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~5.1%(n=5)。本方法准确度和灵敏度均较高,可以满足特殊医学用途配方食品中VB_(1)、VB_(2)、VB_(6)和烟酰胺的快速测定检测需求。
A rapid acid hydrolysis method for the determination of VB_(1),VB_(2),VB_(6),and niacinamide in food for special medical purpose was established.The sample was pretreated by HCl at 70℃for 10 minutes.Then protein was precipitated,and VB_(1),VB_(2),VB_(6),and niacinamide were separated and detected by HPLC and diode array detector at the wavelength of 268 nm.The results showed that four components had a good linear relationship in the range from 0.1 to 50.0μg/mL.The detection limit range was 0.1~0.3 mg/kg,and quantitative limit range was 0.3~0.9 mg/kg.The recovery rate was 87.4%~93.9%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.0%~5.1%(n=5).This method had high accuracy and sensitivity.It can meet the needs of rapid determination of VB_(1),VB_(2),VB_(6),and niacinamide in special medical food.
