摘要
目的:用非水反相高效液相色谱法建立复合维生素注射液中维生素A棕榈酸酯、维生素D3和维生素E醋酸酯的含量测定方法。方法:3种脂溶性维生素经固相萃取法进行萃取分离;含量测定色谱条件为:C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6×150mm),流动相乙腈-甲醇-二氯甲烷(70:20:10),检测波长265nm。结果:维生素A棕榈酸酯、维生素D3和维生素E醋酸酯的线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.9999,回收率分别为99.1%、100.6%和99.2%,RSD分别为0.19%、0.79%和0.52%。结论:本方法快速、灵敏、准确,可作为复合维生素注射液中维生素A棕榈酸酯、维生素D3和维生素E醋酸酯的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish nonaqueous RP-HPLC to determine retinol palmitate ,colecalciferol and vitamin E acetate in multi-vitamin injection simultaneously. Methods: The fat vitamins were extracted by SPE; The determination was performed on Warters C18 column ( 150×4. 6 mm, 5.0μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-dichloromethane(70 : 20 : 10) ,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 265 nm. Results : In the linear range the correlation coefficients were all 0.999 9. The average recoveries of retinol palmitate,colecalciferol and vitamin E acetate were 99.1% , 100. 6% and 99. 2% , RSD were 0. 19% , 0. 79% and 0.52%. Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid, suitable for the analysis of retinol palmitate,Colecalciferol and vitamin E acetate in multi-vitamin injection.
