摘要
随着科技的不断发展,新型热塑性复合材料在各个领域的应用越来越广泛。为确保多类型材料的质量和性能,研究人员一直在寻找新的检测方法。目前,较为常用的检测方法主要有非破坏性检测、化学分析、表面观察检测方法、机械性能测试等,但在实践过程中发现存在加强片脱落等问题。因此文章对新型塑性复合材料拉伸性能的检测方法进行综述,并提出一种新型检测方法。
With the continuous development of science and technology,new thermoplastic composite materials are more and more widely used in various fields.To ensure the quality and performance of multiple types of materials,researchers are always looking for new detection methods.At present,the more commonly used detection methods mainly include non-destructive detection,chemical analysis,surface observation detection methods,mechanical properties testing,etc.,but in the practice process,it is found that there are problems such as falling off the reinforcement sheet.In this paper,the testing methods of tensile properties of new plastic composites are reviewed,and a new testing method is proposed.
