乡村青年教师公共身份建构的三个基本问题 被引量:1

摘要 在全面落实强师计划之际,加强乡村青年教师公共身份建构,引导乡村青年教师重新嵌入乡村社会,既是复归乡村教师在地身份,稳定新时期乡村教师队伍的有力举措,也是促进城乡教育优质均衡发展,全面推进乡村振兴战略的重要选择。乡村青年教师作为乡村教育的中坚力量,他们是专业身份与公共身份的统一体,在实践中受诸多因素影响其公共身份却经历了嵌入—脱嵌—再嵌入这一历时性变迁。当前,积极构建乡村青年教师公共身份,需要外源式政策支持,积极引导乡村青年教师融入乡村社会;需要立足乡村场域,加强乡村青年教师与乡村社会的良性互动;更需要重视乡村青年教师公共身份建构的主体作用与自我确证,以发挥他们在乡村建设和乡村治理中的示范引领作用,实现其引领乡村社会发展的人文关怀、社会责任与时代使命。 When comprehensively implementing the Stronger Teacher Program,strengthening the construction of the public identity of the rural young teachers and guiding them to re-embed in the rural society are not only a powerful measure to restore the local identity of rural teachers and stabilize the rural teachers in the new era,but also an significant choice to promote the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural education and comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy.Rural young teachers form the backbone of rural education,embodying both professional and public identities.Influenced by various factors in practice,their public identity has undergone diachronic changes:embeddedness—unembeddedness—re-embeddedness.At present,to actively construct the public identity of the rural young teachers needs external policy support to actively guide the new-generation rural teachers to integrate into the rural society.It is necessary to strengthen the positive interaction between the rural young teachers and rural society based on the rural field.Greater emphasis should be placed on the primary role and self-affirmation of rural young teachers in developing their public identity,thereby maximizing their exemplary and leadership roles in rural development and governance,and fulfilling their duties of humanistic care,social responsibility,and the contemporary mission in advancing rural social development.
