摘要
[目的/意义]基于“互联网+健康医疗”的服务背景,文章试识别在线健康社区用户的信息服务需求的优先次序和其需求满意度,据此为相关平台优化健康信息服务提供参考。[方法/过程]在文献与相关平台资源调研的基础上,文章围绕健康信息服务功能的三个维度设计15项需求指标,并运用KANO模型及Better-Worse系数计算方法对其进行需求层次的排序以及需求满意度的分析。[结果/结论]研究发现,绝大部分需求为用户的必备型需求,为防止用户不满程度的加深,在线健康社区平台应优先满足此类用户需求,并通过完善魅力型需求所对应的服务功能提升用户的需求满意度水平。
[Purpose/significance]Based on the service background of"Internet+Health care",this paper tries to iden-tify the priority of online health community users'demand for information service and their demand satisfaction,so as to provide reference for related platforms to optimize health information service.[Method/process]Based on the re-search of literature and related platform resources,this paper designed 15 demand indicators centering on three di-mensions of health information service function,and used KANO model and Better-Worse coefficient calculation method to rank the demand levels and analyze the demand satisfaction.[Result/conclusion]The research found that most of the needs are essential needs of users.In order to prevent the deepening of users dissatisfaction,the online health community platform should give priority to meet such users needs,and improve the level of users satisfaction by improving the corresponding service functions of the charismatic needs.
