摘要
中国式经济现代化是新时代经济高质量发展的逻辑前提和动力引擎,它为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供了坚实的物质基础。中国经济发展从被迫卷入世界经济现代化进程到效仿率先进入大工业行列的国家,再从自主道路探索、变革重塑到高质量发展,实现了从后发外生型现代化向内生型现代化战略性推进转向。从生成机理来看,中国式经济现代化道路是以哲学思想基础,以价值文化基因、经济制度形态为主体框架的有机整体,内在蕴涵植根马克思主义经济现代化思想、充分发挥“党的领导”的核心作用、创新性探索敢为人先的基本经济制度以及扎根人民谋发展等深层意蕴,为经济高质量发展提供内生动力。立足中国式经济现代化发展新的历史方位,就要直面国际国内经济形势的严峻挑战:以战略性思维构建大国经济的发展路径,抢占未来经济发展的主动权;以系统性思维构建全链条相衔接的治理体系,提升经济治理效能;以创新性思维引领经济发展,提升数字经济赋能制造业和实体经济水平;以开放性思维全面扩大对外开放,统筹做好经济发展和安全保障,进而推进社会主义现代化经济强国建设。
Chinese style economic modernization is the logical premise and driving force for high-quality economic development in the new era,providing a solid material foundation for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.China's economic development has shifted from being forced into the process of world economic modernization to following the example of the countries,entering the ranks of large industrial countries.From early independent exploration,transformation and reshaping to high-quality development,it has achieved a shift from latecomer exogenous modernization to endogenous strategic advancement.From the generation mechanism,the road of Chinese-style economic modernization is an organic whole based on philosophy,value culture gene and economic system.Rooted in the classic Marxist theory,the modernization of the Chinese style economy fully utilizes the core role of the“Party's leadership”,dares to innovate and explore the system,and is rooted in the characteristics and advantages of the people's pursuit of development,providing an endogenous driving force for high-quality economic development.Based on the new historical direction of China's economic modernization development,we need to face the severe challenges posed by the international and domestic economic situation directly.We need to construct a development path for a major country's economy with strategic thinking,and seize the initiative in future economic development.We need to constructing a governance system that connects the entire chain with systematic thinking to enhance economic governance efficiency.We need to lead economic development with innovative thinking,enhancing the level of digital economy empowering manufacturing and the real economy.We will open wider to the outside world with an open mind,ensure economic development and security as a whole,and protect the high-quality development of China's economy.
