摘要
新质生产力是生产力演化中的一种质的飞跃,是符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态,是理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑的有机统一。科技创新是“新”的关键,高质量发展是“质”的锚点。理论逻辑而言,马克思主义生产理论、马克思主义劳动价值论以及马克思主义生态文明理论是新质生产力产生的理论渊源;历史逻辑而言,科技进步的推动力、数据要素的创造力以及产业转型的内驱力,催生出新质生产力;实践逻辑而言,推进新质生产力,需要以“新”为指引,加强科技创新;以“质”为关键,优化要素配置;以“人”为根本,培养新质人才;以“绿”为导向,构建绿色生产模式更好发挥新质生产力在对实现高质量发展中的引擎作用。
New productive forces are a qualitative leap in the evolution of productive forces,an advanced productive state that conforms to the new development concept,and an organic unity of theoretical logic,historical logic,and practical logic.Technological innovation is the key to novelty,and high-quality development is the anchor of quality.In terms of theoretical logic,Marxist production theory,Marxist labor value theory,and Marxist ecological civilization theory are the theoretical origins of the emergence of new quality productive forces;In terms of historical logic,the driving force of technological progress,the creativity of data elements,and the internal driving force of industrial transformation have given birth to new quality productive forces;In terms of practical logic,promoting new quality productivity requires taking"new"as a guide and strengthening technological innovation.Prioritize quality and optimize element allocation.Taking"people"as the foundation and cultivating new quality talents.Guided by"green",build green production.Make the engine role of new productivity in high-quality development stronger.
