Develop Rural Areas with Chinese Opera:A Study on the Modernization of Rural Governance Capacity by Integrating Ethnic Traditional Opera Resources

摘要乡村的历史文化传统是推进乡村治理能力现代化不可或缺的资源,民族地区传统戏剧文化对凝聚乡民、敦化民风、协和乡里、宣传时代精神、丰富地方精神文化生活具有独特的文化张力。传统戏剧以戏聚民心、以戏宣法、以戏弘德的乡村治理实践逻辑,体现出乡村社会治理在地化的特点,也推动了地方戏剧的活态传承发展。桂西田林县北路壮剧以戏育村、以文化人,推动乡村治理卓有成效,是传统戏剧资源与乡村治理良性互动的典型范例。在城镇化进程、乡村变迁加速的时代背景下,强化作为主导力量的“国家在场”、优化作为必要支撑的公共文化服务体系、推进作为内生动力的戏剧创新转化,是提升乡村治理能力现代化和传统戏剧文化传承发展的有效途径。 Rural historical and cultural tradition is an important resource for promoting the modernization of rural governance capacity.Traditional opera culture in ethnic areas plays a unique role in uniting villagers,improving social climate,coordinating interpersonal relations,promoting the spirit of the times,and enriching local spiritual and cultural life.Traditional opera has the functions of uniting people,propagating law and cultivating morality in rural areas,which reflects the local characteristics of social governance in rural areas,and also promotes the inheritance and development of local opera.The Zhuang opera of Tianlin County in the western area of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region had an obvious effect in promoting rural governance,which is a typical example of positive interaction between traditional opera and rural governance.In the context of the urbanization and the acceleration of rural changes,it is necessary to strengthen“a state in society perspective”,optimize cultural services,and promote opera innovation,respectively serving as the leading force,the necessary support,the internal driving force.This is an effective way to enhance the modernization of rural governance capacity and to promote the inheritance and development of traditional opera culture.
