摘要
目的:采用网状Meta分析方法,对防治乳腺癌化疗病人恶心呕吐的不同中医护理措施效果进行评估和比较。方法:计算机检索Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网等数据库公开发表的缓解乳腺癌病人化疗期间恶心呕吐的中医护理措施的随机对照试验,检索时限均为建库至2023年5月30日。经过文献筛选、质量评价、信息提取后,使用STATA 17.0软件和ADDIS 1.16.6软件进行网状Meta分析。结果:共纳入20篇文献,涉及11种中医护理干预措施,包括1 939例乳腺癌化疗病人。网状Meta分析结果显示,5种单一中医护理干预中,吸入芳香疗法缓解乳腺癌化疗病人化疗所致恶心呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, CINV)的效果最佳,有效控制率为93.2%;6种联合中医护理措施中,穴位贴敷联合情志护理效果最佳,有效控制率为92.9%。结论:当前证据表明,吸入芳香疗法以及穴位贴敷联合情志护理可较好地改善乳腺癌化疗病人恶心呕吐状况,可优先考虑应用。
Objective:The effect of different traditional Chinese medical nursing measures for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer chemotherapy patients was evaluated and compared by network Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized control trials(RCTs)about the traditional Chinese medical nursing measures to alleviate nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy in breast cancer patients were retrieved from Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CINAHL,CNKI and other databases.The retrieval time was from inception to May 30 in 2023.After literature screening,quality appraisal and data extraction,the network Meta-analysis was performed using STATA 17.0 and ADDIS 1.16.6 software.Results:A total of 20 articles involving 11 traditional Chinese medical nursing interventions,including 1939 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy,were included in this study.The results of network Meta-analysis showed that among the five single traditional Chinese medical nursing interventions,inhaled aromatherapy had the best effect in alleviating chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in breast cancer chemotherapy patients,with a probability of 93.2%.Among the six combined traditional Chinese medical nursing measures,acupoint application combined with emotional care had the best effect,with a probability of 92.9%.Conclusions:Current evidences were suggested that inhaled aromatherapy and acupoint application combined with emotional care can improve nausea and vomiting in breast cancer chemotherapy patients,and their application could be prioritized.
