摘要
有效减少环境污染是绿色发展的前提,也是实现绿色发展的关键。基于2009—2020年中国257个地级及以上城市的面板数据,采用多期双重差分法研究自贸试验区试点政策对城市环境污染的影响,构建中介效应模型分析产业结构高级化和绿色技术创新的具体作用,同时运用空间杜宾模型检验自贸试验区试点的设立对环境污染的影响是否具有空间辐射效应。研究结果表明:自贸试验区试点政策有利于减少城市环境污染;自贸试验区试点政策从产业结构高级化和绿色技术创新这两个途径改善了城市环境状况;自贸区试点政策对环境污染的改善具有显著的空间辐射作用。
Effectively reducing environmental pollution is a prerequisite for green development and also a key to achieving green development.Based on panel data from 257 prefecture level and listed companies in China from 2009 to 2020,a multi-period double difference method is used to study the impact of pilot policies in free trade zones on urban environmental pollution.A mediation effect model is constructed to analyze the specific role played by advanced industrial structure and green technology innovation.At the same time,a spatial Durbin model is used to test whether the establishment of pilot policies in free trade zones has a spatial radiation effect on environmental pollution.The research results indicate that the pilot policy of free trade zones is beneficial for reducing urban environmental pollution;The pilot policies of free trade zones have improved urban environmental conditions through two approaches:upgrading industrial structure and innovating green technologies;And the pilot policy of the free trade zone has a significant spatial radiation effect on improving environmental pollution.
