摘要
扶阳学派上继黄老易道,下承医圣张机(字仲景)之学,创始人乃晚清的郑寿全先生,至今已传承近200年。“阳主阴从”观是扶阳思想的理论核心,“阴阳本体结构”失调是其疾病的病因病机观,桂枝法和四逆法是本学派的两大治疗大法。疾病的治疗一般先用桂枝法宣导涤荡,恢复中上焦的气机,再用四逆法温阳固摄,以恢复人体的阴阳本体结构。扶阳学派认为三阳即为一阳,三阴即是一阴,提出以太阳病统领三阳病,以少阴病统领三阴病,其代表性传承人卢崇汉教授首先提出并创立桂枝法加减运用于治疗三阳病,其运用的法则名为宣通法,其病因病机为阳气郁滞不通,该法是在桂枝汤或姜、桂基础上进行化裁的以宣通为主要扶阳手段的一个法则(基本药物包括桂枝尖、苍术、陈皮、南山楂、炙甘草、生姜等)。其加减应用心法即在桂枝法方药的基础上加以和解少阳(柴胡剂)或清降阳明(承气类方)的药物,达到层层清通的目的。故而桂枝法加减药物能最大限度地发挥宣通作用,其作为统领三阳病的先行法度,具有调和阴阳、宣导痰瘀秽浊、疏通阴阳道路之功能,最终达到恢复人体正常的“内阳外阴”状态的目的。这就为三阳病的防治提供了一个非常清晰的思路,也无疑为我们临床实践提供了可供借鉴的旨归。
The Fuyang(扶阳)Academic School follows Huang-Lao-Yi-ology(黄老易道)and the medical sage ZHANG Ji’s school.The founder is Mr.ZHENG Shouquan of the late Qing Dynasty,which has been passed down for nearly 200 years.The view of“Yang(阳)governing Yin(阴)”is the theoretical core of Fuyang thought.The imbalance of“Yin and Yang ontology structure”is the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease.“Guizhi Method”(桂枝法)and“Sini Method”(四逆法)are the two major treatment methods of this school.The treatment of the disease generally first uses the Guizhi Method to promote the cleansing and restore the Qi(气)movement of the middle and upper Jiao(中上焦),and then uses the Sini Method to warm Yang and consolidate the body to restore Yin and Yang ontology structure of the human body.The Fuyang School consider the three Yang as one Yang and the three Yin as one Yin.They propose that the three Yang diseases should be ruled by the Taiyang(太阳)disease and the three Yin diseases should be ruled by the Shaoyin(少阴)disease.Professor LU Chonghan,the representative inheritor,first proposed and created the Guizhi Method to treat the three Yang diseases.The rule of application is called Xuantong method(宣通法),and its etiology and pathogenesis is Yangqi(阳气)stagnation.As the main means of Fuyang,this method is based on Guizhi decoction(桂枝汤)or Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens)-Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi)pairs.Its basic drugs include Guizhijian(Cassia twig tip),Cangzhu(Atractylodes),Chenpi(Tangerine peel),Nanshanzha(Hawthorn),Zhigancao(Licorice),Shengjiang,etc.The key method of modified application of the Guizhi Method is based on the prescription to add the drugs for reconciling Shaoyang(少阳)[Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri)-related prescription]or discending Yangming(阳明)(Chengqi prescription),so as to achieve the purpose of clearing away pathological products gradually and maximize the effect of dredging.As the first method of unifying three Yang diseases,Guizhi Method has the functions of regulating Yin and Yang,promoting phlegm and blood stasis,dredging Yin and Yang roads,and finally restoring the normal state of“inner Yang and outer Yin”of the human body.This method provides a very clear idea for the prevention and treatment of three Yang disease,and undoubtedly provides a reference for our clinical practice.
