摘要
扶阳学派从乾坤坎离卦象的分析入手,以坎离中立极之阴阳为纲纪贯穿其理论与临证的始终,并使"生命以火立极"诸观点成为必然推论。人体内阳外阴本体结构论则以阴阳运动的本质属性为线索,以《周易》《黄帝内经》相关论述为支持,提出关于人体阴阳体用关系、正邪定位与辨证论治的新认识。通过分析发现,扶阳学派和阴阳本体结构论在基本观点的认识上是贯通的,都认为人体阴阳的气化运动的一般规律为阳是自下而上、自内而外,阴是自上而下、自外而内形成交感的,从而澄清了目前中医学界在人体阴阳交感运动中认为阳在外而阴在内的模糊认识。
The supporting Yang school started with the analysis of the divinatory symbols of Qian（ 乾）,Kun（ 坤）,Kan（ 坎） and Li（ 离）,the principle of Yin and Yang originating from Kan and Li goes through both the theory and clinical practice. As a result,the view like＂life relying on fire＂seems a logical corollary. Meanwhile,the innerYang outer-Yin body structure theory takes clues to the essential attributes of Yin Yang movement and the related discourses in Zhouyi（ The Book of Changes,《周易》） and Huangdi Neijing（ Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor,《黄帝内经》） as the support to put forward the new cognition about the relationship of body and function between Yin and Yang,the location of healthy Qi and pathogenic Qi as well as the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Through the analysis,the researcher finds that the supporting Yang school and the inner-Yang outer-Yin body structure theory are consistent in the basic point of view,both raise that the general law of Qi movement between Yin and Yang is that Yang is bottom-up,inner-outer while Yin is top-down,outside-inside so that they can interact with each other,thus clarifying the current fuzzy understanding in Chinese medicine,which is that Yang is outside and Yin is inside during the interaction.
