摘要
以CK(石屏紫米)为样品,采用单因素试验方法得出较为优化的紫米米糠原花青素提取工艺为:以体积分数60%的乙醇溶液为浸提剂,料液比1∶25(g∶mL),浸提温度60℃,超声波辅助浸提时间30 min。采取此优化工艺,对由文山农科院选育出的紫米材料进行提取检测,检测出紫米材料PRP5-PRP10米糠中原花青素吸光度与CK(石屏紫米)相当,利于进一步从中选育出米糠原花青素含量高的优质紫米品种。
In this experiment,the CK(Shiping purple rice)was used as the sample,and the optimal extraction process of purple rice bran was ethanol solution 60%as the extract,liquid ratio 1∶25(g∶mL),and extraction temperature 60℃,the ultrasonic assisted extraction time was 30 min.Using this optimization process,the purple rice material selected by Wenshan Academy of Agricultural Sciences was extracted and tested,and the absorbance of purple rice material PRP 5-PRP10 rice bran was similar to CK(Shiping purple rice),which was conducive to further breeding of high quality purple rice varieties with high anthocyanins content of rice bran.
