公共图书馆面向“Z世代”的精准阅读推广路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 “Z世代”群体近年来逐渐成为各行业着重研究的对象,肩负有社会教育功能的公共图书馆,如何为“Z世代”提供精准阅读推广服务,并吸引他们走进图书馆具有重要意义。文章立足于公共图书馆阅读推广现状,针对“Z世代”特点开展阅读推广实践,并提出公共图书馆面向“Z世代”的精准阅读推广路径四步法:一是识别“Z世代”读者用户需求,实现流量与需求精准匹配;二是主动走进“Z世代”,促进阅读推广可持续性发展;三是打造“Z世代”阅读场景,实现差异化营销;四是引领培养“Z世代”读者,构建阅读社交生态圈。 In the all-media environment,compound reading has become the mainstream reading method of“Generation Z”and understanding the composite reading behavior of“Generation Z”can help strengthen the cognition and guidance of this group.It is of great significance for public libraries to provide accurate reading promotion services for the“Generation Z”and attract them to the library.Based on the current situation of accurate reading promotion in public libraries,this paper finally puts forward the accurate reading promotion path for“Generation Z”in public libraries through reading promotion practice according to the characteristics of“Generation Z”:identify the user needs of“Generation Z”readers,and accurately match traffic and demand.Take the initiative to enter the“Generation Z”to create a diversified collaborative reading ecosystem;Create a“Generation Z”reading scene and formulate personalized reading content and forms;Deepen the guidance and cultivation of“Generation Z”users,and promote the healthy development of reading promotion.
