摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预对癫痫患儿生活质量的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年9月在福建省儿童医院就诊的110例癫痫患儿,依据入院时间不同分为两组。对照组纳入2022年5—12月收治的55例患儿,予以住院常规护理干预;观察组纳入2023年1—9月收治的的55例患儿,予常规护理干预的基础上进行延续性护理干预。观察比较两组患儿服药依从性、干预前后生活质量评分以及患儿家属干预前后的焦虑情况。结果观察组服药依从率以及认知功能、情绪状况、社会功能、身体状况等生活质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组家属焦虑情绪发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可提高癫痫患儿服药依从性,改善患儿生活质量,减轻家属焦虑抑郁情绪。
Objective To explore the application effect of continuity of care intervention on the quality of life of children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 110 children with epilepsy treated at Fujian Children's Hospital from May 2022 to September 2023 were selected.The control group included 55 cases of children admitted from May to December 2022,who were hospitalized for routine nursing interventions;the observation group included 55 cases of children admitted from January to September 2023,who were given continuity of care interventions on the basis of routine nursing interventions.Observations were made to compare the medication adherence,quality of life scores before and after the intervention,and the anxiety of the children's families before and after the intervention in the two groups.Results The medication adherence rate as well as the quality of life scores of cognitive function,emotional status,social function,and physical status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);and the incidence of family members'emotions was lower than that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuity of care intervention can improve medication adherence,quality of life,and reduce family anxiety and depression in children with epilepsy.
