摘要
环境可持续性是国际社会广泛关注的重要议题,体育组织在助力体育领域环境可持续性发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。研究首先梳理了国际奥林匹克委员会和国际足球联合会等国际体育组织与欧洲、美洲、亚洲、大洋洲和非洲等地区的国家(地区)体育组织在助力环境可持续性方面的发展历程;其次,总结了体育组织开展环境可持续性工作的4个阶段:即树立环境意识与开展初步行动阶段、回应外部压力以获取合法性阶段、环境战略制度化与规范化阶段、探索最佳实践以引领社会变革阶段;最后,通过挖掘体育组织在助力环境可持续性行动过程中所面临的问题,提出了平衡利益相关者之间的关系、寻求环境类权威认证以及与环境类组织建立合作关系的对策。
Environmental sustainability is a globally recognized and crucial issue,and sports organizations play a vital role in driving sustainable development within the sports sector.This study examines the developmental trajectories of international sports organizations,including the International Olympic Committee(IOC)and Fédération Internationale de Football Association(FIFA),as well as national sports organizations in Europe,the Americas,Asia,Oceania,and Africa,in terms of their commitment to environmental sustainability.It identifies four distinct stages in the environmental sustainability efforts of sports organizations:establishing environmental awareness and initiating preliminary actions,responding to external pressures for legitimacy,institutionalizing and standardizing environmental strategies,and exploring best practices to drive societal change.Furthermore,this study highlights the challenges faced by sports organizations in their pursuit of environmental sustainability and proposes strategies to address them,such as fostering balanced stakeholder relationships,seeking recognized environmental certifications,and establishing collaborative partnerships with environmental organizations.
