摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种神经退行性疾病,预防和治疗是重要的研究方向。淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白是AD的重要病理标志,基于这两种蛋白的治疗方式是当前研究的重点。对此,通过概述阿尔茨海默病,进而分析基于aβ、Tau的治疗预防,以及探究针对炎症和小胶质细胞载脂蛋白E的治疗方式并进行联合治疗,以期在预防和治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)方面取得进展。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease,and prevention and treatment are important research directions.Amyloid protein and tau protein are important pathological markers of Alzheimer's disease,and treatment based on these two proteins is currently the focus of research.In this regard,by summarizing Alzheimer's disease,and then analyzing based on aβ、Tau's treatment and prevention,as well as exploring treatment options for inflammation and apolipoprotein E in microglia and implementing combination therapy,aim to make progress in the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD).
