摘要
针对传统方法对驱动桥壳进行结构设计时,产品存在部分性能冗余的问题,本文提出一种结合田口法和灰色关联法的驱动桥壳多目标优化设计方法。以驱动桥壳结构参数为设计变量,桥壳刚度、强度和动态性能为优化目标,采用田口法正交试验设计实验方案,利用有限元法进行驱动桥壳典型工况的仿真分析,在试验数据信噪比分析的基础上结合灰色关联法对驱动桥壳进行多目标优化,得到最优结构参数组合。研究结果表明,优化后驱动桥壳的上述优化目标性能得到提升,验证了联合优化方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of partial performance redundancy in the structural design of drive axle housing by traditional methods,a multi-objective optimization design method combining Taguchi method and grey correlation method was proposed in this paper.With the structural parameters of the drive axle housing as design variables and the stiffness,strength and dynamic performance indicators of the drive axle housing as optimization objectives,Taguchi method was adopted to design the experimental scheme,and the simulation analysis of the typical working conditions of the drive axle housing was carried out by finite element method.Based on the analysis of the signal-to-noise ratio of the test data,the multiobjective optimization of the drive axle housing was carried out with the gray correlation method,and the optimal combination of structural parameters was obtained.The results show that after optimization,the performance of the above optimization objectives of the drive axle housing is improved,and the effectiveness of the joint optimization method is verified.
