摘要
对PET瓶旋盖机夹具垫片进行研究,选出一组满足工作需求且工作稳定、疲劳寿命长的试验方案。以垫片的材料、参数及汽缸气压设计正交试验,找出影响旋盖转矩的主要因素;对试验方案进行信噪比分析,得到满足望目特性的试验组合;基于信噪比分析的结果进行疲劳寿命分析,确定最佳试验方案。正交试验结果表明,对旋盖转矩影响的主次顺序依次为汽缸气压、垫片材料、垫片厚度、接触面积,通过信噪比分析得到满足要求的3组试验方案,对3组方案进行疲劳分析确定试验的最佳组合方案为第6组。当垫片材料为硅胶、接触面积为250 mm^(2)、垫片厚度为1.5 mm、汽缸气压为0.5 MPa时满足PET瓶旋盖要求,且该方案稳健性能最好,疲劳寿命最长。
To study the fixture gasket of the PET bottle capping machine,and select a set of test plans that meet the work requirements,work stably and have a long fatigue life.Orthogonal test was designed based on the gasket material,parameters and cylinder air pressure to find out the main factors affecting the torsion force of the screw cap;the signal-to-noise ratio analysis of the test scheme was carried out to obtain a test combination that satisfies the desired characteristics;based on the signalto-noise ratio analysis The results were subjected to fatigue life analysis to determine the best test plan.The orthogonal test results show that the primary and secondary order of the influence on the torsion of the screw cap is cylinder pressure,gasket material,gasket thickness,and contact area.Fatigue analysis was performed to determine that the best combination of tests was Group 6.When the gasket material is silica gel,the contact area is 250 mm^(2),the gasket thickness is 1.5 mm,and the cylinder pressure is 0.5 MPa,it can meet the requirements of PET bottle capping,and this scheme has the best robust performance and longest fatigue life.
