摘要
文章调查了中国公共图书馆地方标准建立的现状,并从发布地区、起草单位、归口单位、标准内容等方面进行分析,发现中国公共图书馆地方标准的特点包括创新实践驱动、示范试点助推地方标准发展,系统设计、多方合作助力图书馆标准化发展,地方标准守正创新为行业发展贡献智慧。指出未来中国公共图书馆地方标准创新发展应从植根实践创新推动地方标准创新发展、增强地方标准创新发展保障能力、充分发挥地方标准创新发展为行业贡献智慧的作用三个层面着力。
The paper investigates the current situation of provincial standards for public libraries in China,and analyzes them from the aspects of issuing region,drafting units,responsible units,standard content,etc.It is found that the characteristics of provincial standards for public libraries in China include innovative practice and demonstration and pilot to promote the development of provincial standards,system design and multi-party cooperation to help the standardization development of libraries,and innovative development of provincial standards contribute wisdom to the development of the industry.It is believed that the future innovative development of provincial standards for public libraries in China should be focused on three aspects:rooted in innovation practice to promote provincial standards innovative development,strengthening guarantee ability for provincial standards innovative development,and giving full play to the role of provincial standards innovative development in contributing wisdom to the industry.
