摘要
新时代背景下,公共文化服务体系的发展逐步完善,并不断地提升对公共图书馆的发展要求。与此同时,处于基层单位的县级公共图书馆,需要打破当前的困局,进行职能拓展和服务转型,以此顺应公共文化服务体系的发展背景。
Under the background of the new era,the development of the public cultural service system is gradually improved,which constantly enhances the development requirements for the public library.At the same time,county-level public libraries need to break the current difficulties,expand their functions and transform their services so as to conform to the development background of the public cultural service system.
