医学科研伦理线上培训的实践与探索——以山东省某三甲医院为例

摘要 目的了解山东省某三甲医院医学科研人员对科研伦理知识的认知及培训需求,丰富科研伦理线上培训内容和方式,提高科研伦理线上培训质量和效果。方法对医院科研人员进行线上科研伦理培训,统计参与率和合格率,并对一般资料、科研伦理培训需求等内容进行问卷调查。应用SPSS 22.0软件对调查问卷结果进行统计分析。结果调查问卷显示,不同层次科研人员中68.76%选择线上模式进行科研伦理培训。对科研伦理线上培训方式的建议,62.91%的科研人员希望增加案例分析,58.35%的科研人员希望增加讨论答疑。对培训内容需求,博士与硕士需求最大的内容为知情同意书的书写。针对所有科研人员对内容需求来说,首选为严重不良事件伦理上报流程,占比为58.92%。统计显示,培训的参与率和合格率均较高。结论不同层次的医学相关科研人员对科研伦理线上培训内容及方式需求不同,选择线上模式进行科研伦理培训,不受时间及空间限制,可以更加省时、便捷,有效满足医学科研人员学习需求,且参与度更高,可有效提高医学相关科研人员科研伦理培训的效果,保障科研工作的顺利实施,对医学科研人员的科研伦理培训具有重要的实践价值和指导意义。 Objective To gain insights into the awareness of scientific research ethics among medical researchers at a tertiary Grade-A hospital in Shandong Province,as well as their training needs.The aim is to enrich the content and delivery methods of online training on scientific research ethics,thereby enhancing its quality and impact.Methods Online research ethics training for hospital researchers was conducted,data on participation rates and qualification rates were collected,and a questionnaire survey was carried out to assess general information and training needs regarding research ethics.Spss 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire results.Results The survey results indicated that 68.76%of researchers at diverse levels preferred online modes for research ethics training.Regarding the suggestions on the online training mode of scientific research ethics,62.91%of researchers expressed a desire for more case studies,while 58.35%sought more opportunities for discussion and question-and-answer sessions.Trainees with doctoral and master's degrees,in particular,expressed the highest demand for training on informed consent writing.The ethical reporting process for serious adverse events was the preferred content among all researchers,with a choice rate of 58.92%.Notably,the training achieved high participation rates and qualification rates.Conclusions Medical researchers at different levels showed distinct preferences regarding the content and delivery methods of online training on research ethics.The online mode offers flexibility,saves time,and effectively meets the learning needs of medical researchers,leading to higher participation rates.It can significantly enhance the impact of scientific research ethics training among medical researchers and ensure the smooth implementation of scientific research,showing significant practical value and guiding significance for the training of scientific research ethics among medical researchers.
