摘要
目前市面上的起重机所使用的材料过于笨重,本次设计的0.4 t简易微型起重机,由吊臂、斜梁、液压缸和机座等组成,最大起升位移有1.5 m,主要用于煤矿井上、下轻量货物的搬运。起重机整体采用轻量化设计,机身构架采用铝合金的材料,减轻了本身的自重同时也应保证自身的强度。对于底座的设计,除了基本架构外,万向轮的设计,使起重机工作时可随意移动并且机身设计成可折叠式,节省了存放空间;对中间主要支撑部分的设计采用三角式固定,可让其稳定性得到了很好的增强。
At present,the materials used in the cranes on the market are too bulky,and the 0.4t simple micro crane designed this time is composed of a boom,an inclined beam,a hydraulic cylinder and a base,etc.,with a maximum lifting displacement of 1.5m,which is mainly used for the handling of light goods on and off the coal mine.The crane adopts a lightweight design as a whole,and the fuselage frame is made of aluminum alloy material,which reduces its own weight and should also ensure its own strength.For the design of the base,in addition to the basic structure,the design of the universal wheels makes the crane move at will when working and the fuselage is designed to be foldable,which saves storage space;The design of the main support part in the middle is fixed in a triangular way,which can enhance its stability.
