摘要
速凝剂作为一种重要的混凝土外加剂,广泛应用于隧道、矿山井巷、堵漏抢修等工程中。综述了无氟无氯无碱液体速凝剂的由来,并重点揭示了硫酸铝型无氟无氯无碱液体速凝剂中硫酸铝对水泥水化的促进作用与机理,以及其它组分(包括酸、多醇类物质、醇胺类物质和硫酸镁等)对水泥水化的影响及机理。
As an important concrete admixture,flash setting admixture is widely used in tunnels,mine shafts,leakage plugging and repairing projects.In this paper,the origin of fluorine-free,chlorine-free and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture,the mechanism of fluorine-free,chlorine-free and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture of aluminum sulfate type,and the effects of different components in the admixture on the effect of flash setting admixtures are reviewed.
