摘要
以硫酸铝和改性三乙醇胺为主要原料,用柠檬酸、酒石酸、EDTA二钠及磷酸等为辅助用料,通过单因素试验和正交试验,制备了一种新型无氟无碱液体速凝剂,并对其凝结时间和1 d抗压强度进行了测试。结果显示,基准水泥中无氟无碱液体速凝剂的折固掺量为2.8%时,初凝时间为2 min27 s,终凝时间为6 min30 s,1 d抗压强度为9.67 MPa,pH值为2.20。同时,该液体速凝剂对几种工程水泥也表现出了良好的适应性。
With aluminum sulfate and modified three-ethanolamine as main materials and citric acid,tartaric acid,EDTA disodium and phosphoric acid as auxiliary materials,a new fluorine-free alkali-free liquid accelerator was prepared by single component test and orthogonal test.The setting time and 1 d compressive strength were determined.The results showed that when the solid breaking parameter of liquid accelerator in reference cement was 2.8%,the initial setting time was 2 min27 s,the final setting time was 6 min30 s,the compressive strength of 1 d was 9.67 MPa,and the pH value was 2.20.At the same time,the liquid accelerator also showed good adaptability to several engineering cement.
