摘要
国土变更调查工作基于“三调”成果的全覆盖、全要素的整体更新,是“三调”统一时点更新工作的再延续,做好国土变更调查工作需要技术与调查工作相结合。通过实例探讨国土变更调查工作技术路线、存在问题及解决措施,提出技术成果质量控制,指出今后技术创新方向,保障调查成果的真实、准确。
The land change survey work is based on the full coverage of the results of theThird National Land Resources Survey(shortened as"Third Land Survey")and the overall renewal of all elements.It is the continuation of the unified time point renewal work of the"Third L and Survey".Doing a good job in the land change survey work requires the combination of technology and investigation work.Through examples,this paper probes into the technical route,existing problems and solutions toland change survey,puts forward the quality control of technological achievements,and points out the direction of technological innovation in the future,so as to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results of the survey.
