摘要
年度国土变更调查成果是自然资源各项管理工作的基础,也是政府各部门涉及国土空间相关工作的共同“底版”。本文基于2021年全国国土变更调查任务要求,通过实地调查、遥感监测和数据分析,对海南省国土变更调查工作流程和组织模式进行分析。同时,深入剖析海南省在国土变更调查中存在的主要问题,并提出一系列优化策略。结果表明,海南省2021年度国土变更调查成果的质量和进度均满足国家相关要求。本文研究内容对于其他省份在进行国土变更调查时具有一定的参考价值,为国土资源的科学管理和政府决策提供有力支持。
The results of the annual land change investigation are the basis for the management of natural resources and the common"base version"of the work related to land and space of various government departments.Based on the task requirements of the land change investigation in 2021,this paper gives a detailed description of the work flow and organizational model of the land change investigation in Hainan province through field investigation,remote sensing monitoring and data analysis.At the same time,the paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the investigation of national land change in Hainan province,and puts forward a series of optimization strategies.The results show that the quality and progress of Hainan province′s land change investigation results in 2021 meet the relevant national requirements.The research content of this paper has certain reference value for other provinces in the investigation of land change,and provides strong support for the scientific management of land resources and government decision making.
