摘要
当前,随着我国进入各类矛盾和风险易发期,焦虑成为具有一定影响的社会心态,且由较高层次需求满足不足导致的发展性焦虑和价值性焦虑正在占据主导。社会焦虑心态是现代性与风险社会的“衍生品”,是不平衡不充分发展现实的客观产物,也是人们通过互联网与新媒体进行话题分享、情感共鸣、身份认同等引起的情绪传染与扩散的结果。在现实生活中,社会焦虑对个人身心健康、社会活力、价值共识等具有一定的负面影响。贯彻落实党中央提出的“培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态”要求,亟须对社会焦虑心态进行疏导治理,通过实施推动稳就业促增收、深化收入分配改革、强化公共服务与社会保障、促进社会公平正义、优化互联网综合治理、强化价值引领、完善心理健康服务等策略,有效防范和化解社会焦虑心态的破坏性影响。
At present,as China enters a period of various contradictions and risks,social anxiety has become an influential social mentality,and developmental anxiety and value anxiety caused by insufficient satisfaction of higher-level needs are taking the lead.Social anxiety is the derivative of modernity and risk society,the product of unbalanced and underdeveloped reality,and the result of emotional contagion and diffusion caused by people’s sharing topics and ideas,emotional resonance and constructing identity with new media on the Internet.In real life,social anxiety has a certain negative impact on personal physical and mental health,social vitality and value consensus.To implement the requirement of“cultivating self-esteem,self-confidence,rationality,peace and positive social mentality”putting forward by the CPC Central Committee,it is urgent to counsel and govern social anxiety,and effectively prevent and resolve its destructive influence by implementing strategies such as promoting stable employment and increasing income,deepening the reform of income distribution,strengthening public services and social security,promoting social fairness and justice,optimizing the comprehensive governance of the Internet,strengthening value guidance and improving mental health services.
