持续被动运动仪对肩袖损伤术后患者关节功能恢复的应用观察

摘要 目的:探究持续被动运动仪(CPMD)对肩袖损伤术后患者关节功能恢复的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月~2023年1月在本院行关节镜修复手术治疗的92例患者肩袖损伤患者临床资料,采用随机数字表法将肩袖损伤患者分为对照组(阶段康复训练)及观察组(阶段康复训练+CPMD治疗),每组46例。对两组患者在训练前和训练后的效果进行比较。结果:在训练后,两组患者的美国肩肘外科协会评分系统评分、美国加州大学肩部评定量表评分、前屈关节活动度、体侧外旋关节活动度评分都比训练前有大幅度的提高,而观察组的各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);训练6个月后,两组患者健康调查量表36的整体健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05);训练6个月后,观察组的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肩袖损伤术后患者使用CPMD进行干预,对促进患者的肩关节功能恢复有较大的帮助,能有效地提高患者的治愈率,提高患者的生存质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of CPMD on joint function recovery after rotator cuff injury.Methods:The clinical data of 92 patients with rotator cuff injury treated by arthroscopic repair surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients with rotator cuff injury were divided into control group(stage rehabilitation training)and observation group(stage rehabilitation training+CPMD treatment),with 46 patients in each group.The effects were compared before and after training.Results:ASES,UCLA,ROM,and ROM in both groups were higher than before training,while the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);6 months after training,the overall health score of SF-36 was higher than the control group(P<0.05);After 6 months of training,the excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CPMD intervention for patients after rotator cuff injury is of great help to promote the recovery of shoulder function,and can effectively improve the cure rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
