激光疗法联合持续被动训练对胫骨平台骨折术后患者膝关节功能及活动度的影响

Effect of Laser Therapy Combined with Continuous Passive Training on Knee Joint Function and Range of Motion in Patients after Tibial Plateau Fractures Surgery

摘要 目的探讨激光疗法联合持续被动训练在胫骨平台骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年3月—2021年4月我院收治的78例胫骨平台骨折术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例.对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组采用激光疗法联合持续被动训练,均干预12周.对比两组膝关节功能、膝关节活动度、疼痛程度以及生活质量.结果观察组干预后Lysholm膝关节功能评分量表评分为(78.79±5.87)分,高于对照组的(70.29±4.43)分,膝关节活动度为(135.38±6.44)°,大于对照组的(128.06±7.11)°,疼痛视觉模拟评分为(0.89±0.57)分,低于对照组的(1.22±0.81)分,生活质量综合评定问卷评分为(80.78±3.91)分,高于对照组的(72.38±3.38)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论激光疗法联合持续被动训练能够促进胫骨平台骨折术后患者膝关节功能恢复,缓解疼痛程度,增加膝关节活动度,提高生活质量. Objective To explore the application effect of laser therapy combined with continuous passive training in patients after tibial plateau fracture surgery.Methods 78 patients after tibial plateau fracture surgery admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,39 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received laser therapy combined with continuous passive training,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The knee joint function,knee joint range of motion,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the Lysholm knee score scale score in the observation group was(78.79±5.87)points,which was higher than(70.29±4.43)points in the control group,the range of motion of the knee joint was(135.38±6.44)°,which was greater than(128.06±7.11)°in the control group,the visual analogue scale score of pain was(0.89±0.57)points,which was lower than(1.22±0.81)points in the control group,the generic quality of life inventory-74 score was(80.78±3.91)points,which was higher than(72.38±3.38)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laser therapy combined with continuous passive training can promote the functional recovery of knee joint,relieve degree of pain,and increase the range of motion of knee joint and improve quality of life in patients after tibial plateau fracture surgery.
