摘要
球阀是现代工业,尤其是化工行业必不可少的重要流体调节装置,球阀使用数量极多且用途极广,在不同的应用领域,球阀有着不同的结构特点。本文通过查阅国内外球阀相关的各类文献,对球阀的出现、发展及最新技术发展趋势进行了总结。通过对最新技术发展趋势进行分析表明,球阀主要的发展方向有两个,一个是向高精度高灵敏度发展的调节控制阀;另一个是向高压力大口径发展的切断阀。同时由于球阀广泛的应用,对紧急操控和环保节能等发展方向做了大胆展望。
Ball valves are essential and important fluid control devices in modern industry,especially in the chemical industry.Ball valves are widely used and have different structural characteristics in different application fields.This article summarizes the emergence,development,and latest technological trends of ball valves by consulting various literature related to ball valves at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the latest technological development trends,it is shown that there are two main directions for the development of ball valves.One is the development of high-precision and high-sensitivity regulating control valves;Another is the shut-off valve that is developing towards high pressure and large diameter.At the same time,bold prospects were made for possible directions,such as emergency handling and environmental protection.
