矩形窗口球阀流体控制性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对国内球阀适用工况少的现状,提出矩形窗口球阀,并采用有限元仿真分析方法,获得口径为DN50、窗口宽度为25 mm的矩形窗口球阀阀内流体的速度分布、流线分布及压力分布,分析其流场控制性能。此外,还分析了不同窗口宽度的矩形窗口球阀的流通面积变化规律和流量控制性能。分析结果表明:矩形窗口球阀在开启过程中形成的“S”形流道,实现了两级降压,扩大了压力控制范围;在流量控制方面,其控制性能与流通面积的变化规律呈现相关性与差异性,多数宽度的窗口球阀呈现等百分比特性,且流量变化率随窗口宽度的增加而增大;但也有少数小宽度的窗口球阀呈线性特性。 In view of the fact that there are few application conditions of domestic ball valve,a rectangular-opening ball valve was proposed.A finite element simulation analysis was conducted on the rectangular-opening ball valve with a diameter of DN50 and an opening width of 25 mm.The pressure distribution,velocity contours and streamline pattern of its were achieved and the flow field control performance was analyzed.In addition,flow area change rules and flow capacity control performance of rectangular-opening ball valves with different opening widths were analyzed.The analysis results show that a two-stage pressure drop is achieved by the S-shaped flow channel formed during the turn-on process,which can enlarge the scope of pressure control;in terms of the flow capacity control,its performance owns both relevance and difference with the change rules of the flow area;the control characteristics of most rectangular-opening ball valves are equal percentage characteristics and the change rate increases with the increases of the opening widths;but there are a few of linear characteristics during small-width openings of the rectangular-opening ball valves.
