摘要
呼吸系统疾病范围广,种类复杂,涵盖了呼吸生理、呼吸病理、呼吸解剖、肺功能等抽象的基础理论,且与其他系统疾病存在交叉覆盖的情况,同时还存在教学病例不足、患者配合度不高、实际教学难度较大等问题。呼吸系统典型教学病例库的建立是现代医学教育中的一种创新教学方式。该教学方式是由经验丰富的教师筛选、收集和建立病例库,通过典型病例的教学,营造身临其境的诊疗环境,将抽象的理论知识与临床相结合,使呼吸系统疾病生动形象地呈现在学生面前,从而激发学生的学习主动性和积极性,培养其临床思维,提高教学效果,既增加了师生之间的沟通,又弥补了教学资源的不足。将典型案例库应用于临床教学中,可使学生在短期内更好地掌握呼吸系统疾病的临床特征、疾病诊断及治疗策略,具有重要临床教学价值。
Respiratory system diseases have a wide range and complex types,covering abstract basic theories such as respiratory physiology,respiratory pathology,respiratory anatomy,and lung function,and have cross coverage with other systemic diseases.At the same time,there are also problems such as insufficient teaching cases,low patient cooperation,and high practical teaching difficulty.The establishment of a respiratory system typical teaching case bank is an innovative teaching method in modern medical education.This teaching method involves experienced teachers screening,collecting,and establishing a case library.Through teaching typical cases,an immersive diagnosis and treatment environment is created.Abstract theoretical knowledge is combined with clinical practice to vividly present respiratory diseases to students,thereby stimulating their learning initiative and enthusiasm,cultivating their clinical thinking,and improving teaching effectiveness.This not only increases communication between teachers and students,but also makes up for the lack of teaching resources.Applying typical case libraries to clinical teaching enables students to better grasp the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment strategies of respiratory diseases in a short period of time,which has important clinical teaching value.
