摘要
目的分析盆底康复治疗仪电刺激联合康复训练对女性压力性尿失禁患者康复效果,以提供治疗女性压力性尿失禁更好的办法。方法选取本院2021年01月-2021年12月间,门诊确诊的压力性尿失禁女性患100例,并应用盆底康复治疗仪电刺激进行治疗的患者作为观察对象,采用等量电脑随机分组法,分为参照组(行常规护理)和研究组(行康复护理),每组纳入50例,比较两组应用效果。结果盆底康复治疗仪电刺激治疗及护理前,两组盆底肌力评分较低,尿失禁评分较高。盆底康复治疗仪电刺激治疗及护理后,两组盆底肌力评分升高,且研究组高于参照组,尿失禁评分降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05),研究组护理满意度、依从性高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底康复治疗仪电刺激治疗联合康复护理应用在压力性尿失禁女性患者中,可提高治疗效果,促进盆底肌力恢复,改善尿失禁,取得积极配合,获得满意评价,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of electric stimulation combined rehabilitation training of pelvic floor rehabilitation equipment on female patients with stress urinary incontinence,so as to provide a better way to treat female stress urinary incontinence.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021,100 female patients with stress urinary incontinence confirmed by the outpatient clinic were selected.Patients treated with electric pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument were used as observation objects.The equivalent computer-generated random method was used to divide them into reference groups(conventional nursing)and research groups(comprehensive rehabilitation care).Each group included 50 cases and compared the application effects of the two groups.Results Before electrostimulation treatment and nursing of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument,the score of pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was low,and the score of urinary incontinence was higher.After electrostimulation treatment and nursing of the pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment instrument,the pelvic floor muscle strength score of the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the score of urinary incontinence decreased,and the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction and compliance of the study group were higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation care of pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument is applied to women with stress urinary incontinence,which can improve the treatment effect,promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,improve urinary incontinence,achieve active cooperation,obtain satisfactory evaluation,and have promotion value.
