摘要
建立HPLC法测定舒筋活血片中香附烯酮和α-香附酮的含量。采用ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(65∶35)作为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为254 nm;柱温30℃;进样体积5μL。结果显示,香附烯酮在0.422~2.530μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000,α-香附酮在0.161~0.964μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000;香附烯酮和α-香附酮的精密度、稳定性(24 h)、重复性实验的RSD均小于2.0%(n=6),香附烯酮平均回收率为101.9%,RSD为1.8%,α-香附酮平均回收率为102.7%,RSD为1.6%。该检测方法专属性好,准确度高,简单易行,能够为舒筋活血片的质量控制及评价提供技术支撑。
To establish a method for the cyperotundone andα-cyperone in Shujinhuoxue tablets.HPLC analysis was performed on a ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column of with mobile phase consisting of methanol and water(65:35).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃and the injection volume was 5μL.The results showed that the good liner relationship of cyperotundone andα-cyperone were in the range of 0.422-2.530μg(R=1.000),0.161-0.964μg(R=1.000),respectively.The RSD of the precision,stability(24 h)and repeatability tests of the cyperotundone andα-cyperone were all less than 2.0%.The average recoveries were 101.9%(RSD=1.8%)and 102.7%(RSD=1.6%),respectively.The method has good specificity,high accuracy,simple and easy to operate,and can provide the technical support for the quality control and evaluation of Shujinhuoxue tablets.
