摘要
知识产权人才是集法律、经济、管理和技术的复合型人才,是制造型企业转型升级、高质量发展的战略资源。由于当前高校知识产权人才特别是复合性应用型人才供给不足,企业在知识产权人才培养,特别是适用自身需求的知识产权人才培养上承担了重要的责任。但是,大部分制造型企业由于创新意识和知识产权意识薄弱,对知识产权人才及人才培养重视不够。文章对知识产权人才在制造型企业中发挥的作用、从业人员现状和培养过程中存在的问题进行研究,并给出了相应的管理措施和重要举措,以期为同类企业知识产权人才培养提供借鉴。
Intellectual property talents are compound talents integrating law,economy,management and technology,and strategic resources for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises and high-quality development.Due to the lack of supply of intellectual property talents in colleges and universities,especially compound applied talents,enterprises bear important responsibilities in the training of intellectual property talents,especially the training of intellectual property talents suitable for their own needs.However,due to the weak consciousness of innovation and intellectual property rights,most manufacturing enterprises do not pay enough attention to intellectual property talents and talent training.This paper studies the role of intellectual property talents in manufacturing enterprises,the current situation of employees and the problems existing in the training process,and gives corresponding management measures and important measures to provide reference for the training of intellectual property talents in similar enterprises.
