摘要
利用数字技术、数字基建与数字平台等要素驱动户外运动消费潜力释放,已然成为扩大体育消费市场内需与促进体育产业高质量发展的重要步骤。据此,研究立足于数字赋能户外运动消费潜力释放的理论逻辑,审视数字赋能户外运动消费潜力释放的所存问题,发现数据信息应用风险影响户外运动消费潜能释放、政策细化程度不足阻碍数字技术嵌入户外运动产业进程、自然资源开发与数字基建发展不协调拉低潜力释放效率、数字平台反馈机制不畅掣肘大众户外运动消费意愿等问题,并由此提出应提升户外运动数据信息利用效率、深化户外运动政策制定主体协同互联、构建多元化投融资机制、完善户外运动消费数字平台建设等路径,以期进一步提升数字赋能户外运动消费潜力释放的驱动效能。
Using digital technology,digital infrastructure,and digital platforms to drive the potential release of outdoor sports consumption has become an important step in expanding domestic demand in the sports consumption market and promoting high-quality development of the sports industry.Based on this,this study is based on the theoretical logic of digital empowerment of outdoor sports consumption potential release,examines the existing problems of digital empowerment of outdoor sports consumption potential release,and finds that data information application risks affect the release of outdoor sports consumption potential,insufficient policy refinement hinders the integration of digital technology into the outdoor sports industry process,and the mismatch between natural resource development and digital infrastructure development reduces the efficiency of potential release The poor feedback mechanism of digital platforms hinders the public's willingness to consume outdoor sports,and it is proposed to improve the efficiency of utilizing outdoor sports data and information,deepen the collaborative interconnection of outdoor sports policy formulation entities,build diversified investment and financing mechanisms,and improve the construction of digital platforms for outdoor sports consumption,in order to further enhance the driving effectiveness of digital empowerment for unleashing the potential of outdoor sports consumption.
