摘要
随着数智化技术水平的不断提高,虚拟教研室登上舞台。虚拟教研室是落实高等教育数字化战略的重要举措,不仅有助于达到以人为本的教育培养核心目标,还在该背景下重构了新型的基层教研组织。根据虚拟教研室建设的特点和优势,从提出背景、价值意蕴、建设内涵等方面探讨了虚拟教研室的建设,借助数智化技术收集了各级评价指标,最后分析得出虚拟教研室的建设质量监测体系和活跃度监测指标体系的各级评价指标,以期为高校教育教学质量、教学管理与专业建设水平的提升提供有益参考。
With the continuous improvement of digital intelligence technology,virtual teaching and research office has stepped onto the stage,which not only achieves the core goal of people-oriented education and training,but also reconstructs a new type of grassroots teaching and research organization under this background.As an important measure to implement the digital strategy of higher education,the construction of virtual teaching and research office is discussed from the aspects of background,value implication and construction connotation according to the characteristics and advantages of construction.Finally,the construction quality monitoring system and the digital evaluation index system of the activity monitoring index system of the virtual teaching and research office are analyzed,which can provide useful reference for the improvement of the quality of education and teaching,teaching management and professional construction in colleges and universities.
