摘要
数字经济是近年来兴起的一个新兴领域,正在成为推动全球经济增长的重要力量,而数据要素又成为数字经济持续发展壮大的核心引擎。在此背景下,广东地方本科院校人才培养面临着诸多挑战。首先分析数字经济时代对财务人员的新要求,接着剖析广东地方本科院校财务管理课程教学的痛点,然后指出该课程的教学目标和创新思路,最后提出该课程教学应采取课程内容专题化、教学形式案例化、教学手段现代化和考核方式多元化等举措,以培养出符合新时代发展要求的复合型人才。
Digital economy is a new field emerging in recent years and it is becoming an important force to promote global economic growth,while the data elements have become the core engine for the sustainable development of digital economy.Under this background,the talent cultivation of local undergraduate universities in Guangdong is facing many challenges.This paper first analyzes the new requirements for financial personnel in the digital economy era,then analyzes the pain points in the teaching of Financial Management in local undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province,and then points out the teaching objectives and innovative ideas of the course,and finally puts forward some measures for the teaching of this course,such as the thematic research of course content,the casebased teaching form,the modernization of teaching methods and the diversification of assessment methods in order to cultivate versatile talents suitable for the new era.
